Therapeutic Courts Symposium

The cross-jurisdictional symposium took place on 20 and 21 February 2026. The event was an opportunity to showcase solution focused approaches to justice including how specialist courts in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand operate and how mainstream courts can incorporate elements of these courts to provide more effective and responsive processes.
